il mio blackberry bold mi da app error 523 come posso fare per togliere il problema? c’e’ qualche soluzione che io posso riattivarlo?non sono in’italia ma mi trovo nei paesi africani ed qui dove sono non c’e’ assist’ blackberry

il mio tel mi da questo si è spento una sera e da quel momento non sono più riuscito ad accenderlo . carica fino al logo operatore o al massimo arriva a chiedere la pass senza possibilità di digitarla . spesso mi da app 523 .
se ve lo mando riusciamo a recuperare i dati o devo assolutamente formattarlo ?
